Highly recommended! Trainers are very friendly and Ben, the franchise owner, has been very accommodating regarding scheduling makeups.

Coach Erin is an incredibly patient and talented instructor. We absolutely love her! Over the past three months, she has made a remarkable impact on our children’s swimming skills, helping them grow in both confidence and ability. We couldn’t be happier with our experience.

These folks are fantastic. We started when my daughter was 1.5 years old and went consistently until she was 2.5 and needed to leave for logistics reasons. Thanks to the instructors and Ben the owner, she went from being scared of the water at the beginning to becoming very, very confident in the water, including jumping in and floating on her back by herself. The CPSC estimates that there are 6,500 drowning or pool related injuries in children under 15 annually, and that learning to swim is one of the top mitigations. That statistic prompted us to get our daughter into swim school at an early age and I feel much better knowing that she can confidently float in her back and has general comfort and skills with water. Really happy with our experience with BSS and would recommend them to anyone.

I am a grandmother of a child in British Swim School at the Well St YMCA. The owner, Ben, was so generous with his time, fully explaining the theory and practice of his program. My granddaughter loved her lesson and through encouragement and support was able to improve her swimming and her swim confidence! Feel assured that this is a great program!9

My kids (7 and 8 year old) really like their swimming classes. Their skills improve very quickly. The management is efficient and communicative. We also like the facility at the wells ave.
